Welcome to Gift Connect! 4.1 Default Creation

· Gift Connect automatically creates business pages for companies located in GIFT City. These pages provide basic information and help users discover local businesses.

4.2 Claiming Business Pages

· Business owners may claim their pages by sending a message through the Platform's contact feature. Proof of ownership, such as legal registration documents, may be required for verification.

4.3 Management and Updates

· Once claimed, business owners are responsible for managing their pages and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. The Company reserves the right to remove or modify business pages that violate these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1 Data Use

· We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Cookies

· Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. Users can control cookie settings through their browsers, but disabling cookies may affect certain Platform functionalities.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

· Gift Connect and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all software, content, and other materials, except for User Content.

6.2 User Content

· By posting content on the Platform, Users grant Gift Connect a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content.

7. Termination

· The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at its sole discretion. Users may appeal suspensions by contacting support.

7.2 Voluntary Termination

· Users may deactivate their accounts at any time through their account settings. Deactivation may result in the loss of content and data associated with the account.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

· Gift Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8.2 Liability Limitations

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

· These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
